Jefferson Consulting Group Awarded HUD Acquisition and Program Support Services (APSS) BPA

Jefferson Consulting Group has been awarded a five-year, $200 million dollar Acquisition and Program Support Services (APSS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Since launching in 1996, Jefferson has supported program offices and contracting offices to improve acquisition outcomes. Our acquisition and program management experts help bridge the gap between program management and acquisition to ensure better requirements, more effective acquisition strategies, and improved outcomes for our agency clients. Jefferson is well suited to support HUD as it seeks to obtain pre- and post-award acquisition and program management support to enable its important mission.

HUD’s mission is to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all. HUD is working to strengthen the housing market to bolster the economy and protect consumers; meet the need for quality affordable rental homes; utilize housing as a platform for improving quality of life; build inclusive and sustainable communities free from discrimination; and transform the way HUD does business. Jefferson is working to support these objectives through improved acquisition and program management.

“Jefferson is excited to bring its decades of experience in federal acquisition and program management support services to HUD. As the agency strives to meet increasing agency requirement demands, Jefferson is ready to assist throughout the acquisition and program management lifecycles,” said Jefferson CEO Janet Clement.

Jefferson Consulting Group Awarded USAID DDI GenDev Institutional Support Services Contract

Jefferson Consulting Group, a woman-owned small business, has been awarded a five-year, 41 million dollar Institutional Support Contract (ISC) in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development’s (USAID) Development, Democracy, and Innovation (DDI) Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Hub (GenDev).

The GenDev ISC contract is led by Jefferson Solutions and its partners, Social Impact and WI-HER. The team brings decades of experience in support of gender equality and women’s empowerment (GEWE) and leadership in institutional support and capacity building with USAID. The team will leverage a vast network of gender and women’s empowerment experts across USAID technical sectors to provide innovative and effective services for GenDev and Operating Units (OUs) in Missions and Washington.

Cultivating, promoting, and protecting women’s and girls’ rights is a strategic imperative in helping to foster political stability and democracy. The GenDev ISC plays a crucial role in uplifting the economic rights of women, advocating for equal access to education for women and girls, and combating gender-based violence (GBV). Since women’s economic success has a ripple effect, these initiatives lead to healthier, more prosperous, and resilient communities at large.

“We believe passionately in USAID’s vision of a world in which women and girls, and gender diverse individuals are afforded equal liberties to their counterparts and are empowered to secure better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. As a woman-owned small business, we know firsthand of the obstacles to success. In countries where there are even greater challenges, it is crucial that we dedicate resources to overcoming restrictive gender norms and inequalities. Jefferson is proud to support USAID in creating an enduring impact through their programs to achieve this vision,” said Jefferson CEO Janet Clement.
