Health Insurance
Jefferson offers health insurance coverage that starts day one of employment. Coverage options include Medical, Prescriptions, Vision, and Dental. The Medical Coverage has two plans to choose from, an Open Access Plan and a High–Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The HDHP option allows for participation in a Health Savings Account (HSA). Jefferson also contributes to Participants in an HSA Account.
Cafeteria Plans
Flexible benefit plans that allow employees to choose from a menu of different pre-tax benefits: Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Flexible Account (DCFSA), Qualifying Transportation Assistance (QTA), Parking and Transit.
Retirement Plan
Jefferson offers a 401(k) Retirement Plan that allows both traditional pre-taxed contributions and a Roth option. The Company matches employee contributions of up to 4% of employee wages and is immediately vested. Financial Advisor services are available through Jefferson’s benefits broker.
Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance
Company-paid group life insurance is provided to employees for a minimum coverage of $100K or 1 times employee’s salary up to $150K. Employees are eligible the first day of the month following their date of hire. Employee-paid supplemental life insurance is also available to employees and their dependents at the time of enrollment.
Disability Insurance
Company-paid Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance is available to employees the first day of the month following their date of hire.
Supplemental Insurance
Jefferson offers voluntary, Employee-paid supplemental coverage including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Pet Insurance.
Parental Leave
Jefferson Consulting Group will provide paid parental leave to employees to care for and bond with their newborn or newly placed child through birth, adoption, surrogacy, or foster care.
Holidays
Jefferson observes the U.S. Government holiday schedule & allows up to three (3) holidays per calendar year to be exchanged.
Annual Leave
Jefferson employees start to accrue both Vacation leave as well as Sick leave starting from their first day of employment.
Other Leave
Jefferson provides for paid leave to employees who are off due to Bereavement, Jury Duty, and Military Leave up to Company defined limits for each type of leave.
Telework/Remote Work
An optional arrangement where an employee in an eligible position works at an approved alternative worksite on a regular and recurring and/or a situational basis.
Professional Development
Jefferson contributes to employees’ professional development. Full time employees are eligible for Tuition and Training reimbursement up to company approved annual totals.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Free, voluntary, and confidential services designed to help employees and family members. 24/7 counseling referrals, and information on topics such as mental health, child/eldercare, legal and financial, among many more.
Wellness Program
Online and mobile App program that provides a range of individual and group activities and resources to navigate your way to a healthier you. Earn points through your journey, redeem them to purchase something from the Wellness website, or donate to a charity of your choice.
Referral Bonus
Jefferson encourages employee referrals to our open positions. If a referred applicant is hired and is successful in their role for three months, the employee will receive a bonus.
Employee Service Day – Jefferson CARES
Jefferson CARES (Celebrated, Acknowledges, Responds, Energizes and, Strenthens) Giving back to the community is interwoven into the culture at Jefferson. Volunteerism is encouraged to network, team build, and develop leadership skills while making a difference. Employees are eligible for one paid service day each year.
Note: These benefits are available to full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
