Telework/Remote Work

An optional arrangement where an employee in an eligible position works at an approved alternative worksite on a regular and recurring and/or a situational basis.

Floating Holidays

Jefferson observes the U.S. Government holiday schedule & allows up to three (3) holidays per calendar year to be exchanged.

Domestic and Global Health Insurance

Jefferson offers Domestic and Global health insurance where coverage starts day one of employment. Domestic health insurance coverage is offered for Medical, Prescriptions, Vision, and Dental.  Employer Sponsored Health Savings Account (HAS) available with High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option.  Global Health insurance is available for employees living and working abroad.

Annual Leave

Vacation and Sick Time off available up to 160 hours per annum depending on tenure and/or level with Jefferson.

Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance

Company-paid group life insurance is provided to employees for a minimum coverage of $100K or 1x employee’s salary (Up to $150K) working 30 hours a week or more and based in the U.S. Employees are eligible the first day of the month following their date of hire. Employee-paid supplemental life insurance is available for election at the time of enrollment.

Disability Insurance

Company-paid Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance are available to employees working 30 hours a week or more and based in the U.S. Employees are eligible the first day of the month following their date of hire.
