Chuck also served as Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operations Officer in three flagship VHA facilities.

Jefferson Consulting Group, an award-winning woman owned small business, is pleased to announce that Janet H. Clement will succeed Julia T. Susman as Chief Executive Officer. Julie will retire on June 1st following the sale of her company.

Janet’s government service started as a contracting officer for the Air Force; she was most recently the COO of GKG. She has worked with Defense, Homeland, and Civilian Agencies, providing mission and mission support solutions, including Shared Services, Human Capital, Program Management, Category Management, Change and Organization Management, Strategy, Software Development, and IT infrastructure. Before joining industry, Ms. Clement led Agency Strategic Planning, Human Capital Planning, and Organization Development at the U.S. Mint.

Janet added, “I am honored to succeed Ms. Susman who built a company with a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and thought leadership. Janet earned her Master of Science in Organization Development and her Bachelor of Science in Production and Operations Management with a minor is Social Psychology.
